How it Works?

Unhappy with the delivery? We understand how disappointing it is to receive a package and then realise its damaged, or even worse, not what you ordered!  In cases such as these we're happy to help out and offer you an exchange on the item ordered.

We only have a couple of requests:

  • Send us a photo of the product as received
  • Tell us your original Order ID

Fill up the simple form on the left here & we will get back to you within 24 hours!

Please note, we only offer exchanges in the case the products are:

  • Damaged on Arrival
  • Incorrect from the ordered item
  • Not functioning as expected

Please note, you can only claim an exchange. On doing so, you will receive the same product delivered to you within 15 days. We do not entertain refunds.
